Interviewed Oct 2010 in New York, NY (took 4 weeks)
Interviewed on campus with VP who asked me about my resume and software development life cycle. Was invited to NY for superday interviews where 3 - 30 min interviews were held. First interviewer asked me about resume, matrix determinants, OOP definitions (polymorphism, encapsulation, etc.) Second interviewer asked further details of my project work in college, SQL, and a brainteaser. The final interview was completely behavioral.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
Pretty standard. I had 1 first round interview on campus where the guy asked me pretty standard stuff. Some basic personal questions in addition to having some technicals - valuation methods, pitch a merger etc. Got called back the night of and had superday the next day. Had 2 one-on-one interviews for superday. Again, some valuation methods, including walking through a DCF and knowing the pros/cons of each valuation. There was also a stress test and that was rather awkward.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Interview consisted of two one on one sessions with upper level management. The questions were primarily fit based. Many of the questions had to do with my resume and what I took away from each job or duty. Everyone who I encountered from the office was nice and respectful. Many of the questions had to do with why you want to work in the field and for the company.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Received an email to attend their "Technology Super Day" Interview process after dropping my resume to a Citi representative at my school's career fair. I accepted their invitation and went to New York for the interview. I had three 30 minute interviews with representatives from three different branches. The questions weren't too difficult and I had to walk each interviewer through my resume step by step.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in New York, NY (took 2 months)
Very informal
Not structured
Focused on personality rather than competency
Slow follow up
At times unresponsive
Friendly
Could have kept the candidate more up to date with progress
Very long process with big gaps between stages
Meeting with 9 interviewers seemed excessive
Some interviewers were add at short notice and seemed unprepared or not sure why they where interviewing or for what position

Interviewed Sep 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
I met with a number of people at Citi over the course of one day and felt that the process was rather unprofessional. There was no feedback from the interview and the questions that were asked by the interviewers implied a lack of understanding about the markets in which they operate. I would avoid.
