Basic behavioral questions: Walk me through your resume. Give me an example of the time when you had to work in a difficult group-environment. Give me an example when you had to influence someone who was at first disinterested in your project/idea.
Case question: How would you calculate the number of tenis balls sold in the US in 2009?
Be yourself. Breathe. Pause before answering. Follow the STAR format of answering questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Citigroup Mortgage, division of Citigroup, is located in O'Fallon. Most people are loan-processors, and most people have worked in the company for a very long time. Company is very silo-ed and resistant to change.

Negotiation Details
Make them laugh, you are hired on your personality. If you can display genuine confidence and a sense of humor, you will get far in an environment where everyone yells at you. Make the interview laugh, he/she may actually be your team leader in a few months.
Initially I was able to negotiate $14.00/hr how ever my younger brother started at $14.90/hr. During the recession banks took a major hit and stress levels were very high. Everyone that endured with the company was rewarded handsomely with a pay raise. Citi will always have money, always treat employees well, and always have customer's. You can negotiate a higher pay by actively displaying that you are not afraid of challenge, are willing to stick it through hard times, and have the humility to let negative emotions roll off your back. This is not a JOB this is a career and it is not for the timid or the mentally weak. It is a place of professionals who strive to meet standards that are reasonable for the customer, company, and personal life.
