The negotiation phase was perhaps the toughest part of the process. Citi was very specific on how much they wanted to pay as well as how much they thought you are worth.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Application online was very long. Phone interview was short. 1 on 1 interview was with bank manager, very friendly. Set expectations and asked alot of questions about accounts and referrals. Bank was in good condition, nice place to work. Employees looked professional.
