Interviewed Sep 2011 in West Sacramento, CA (took 2 weeks)
I got a call from the HR department a few weeks after I had applied, and set up an appointment,. I met with the department manager, and two leads. The department manager asked a few questions about my skills, and had me answer by using examples of past experiences. The two leads gave me situations and I had to answer how I would handle it.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Sioux Falls, SD (took 2 days)
I was working here as a temp when one of my friends saw the job listing. He knew the manager and talked to him about the job. He suggested that I go talk to the hiring manager, so I did. I then had a formal interview with him and two other people. I then had a second interview with the director. My advice is to make sure you ask questions about their current setup. For me, I should've asked a ton more questions about what their current technology was and what the daily duties would be.
