Interviewed Jul 2011 in Irving, TX (took 1 week)
Applied online, several days later received an Email inviting me for a 1:1 interview. Interviewed with just 1 manager who had told me he was going to hire me as soon as it was over. Pay started out at like $14 and change ($29,500 Year), I dont remember the exact amount. They then took my fingerprints and had me go do a local clinic to complete my drug test. 2 weeks later the training began. It lasted 4 weeks and then we hit the floor and was on our way.

I did not attempt to negotiate with the manager. The amount offered was already several dollars higher then I was expecting.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
