Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online. I had to take an assessment. I got a call maybe a week or so later asking to come in for an interview. Interview consisted of questions pertaining to sales experience and giving examples. How did you handle a difficult situation at your last job? Overall, the interview wasn't bad. I got the job offer the next day-which i accepted.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Boston, MA (took 4+ weeks)
The process was straight forward. I applied online. A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. After passing the phone interview, my information was passed to the Branch Manager who called me to set up an in-person interview. About 1 week after meeting with the Branch Manager, I was called to interview with the Area Director. About 1 week after meeting with the Area Director, I received a call with a job offer.

Negotiation Details
You can always negotiate, but Citi is very firm when they make an offer because they know there are a dozen people with similar qualifications who want the job they just offered you.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Applied online for this position as a backup option in case other job opportunities fell through. Only an hour after completing the online process I received an e-mail asking me to schedule a telephone interview, but didn't respond immediately. A couple hours later I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview, and scheduled my interview for the following morning. Even after scheduling the interview by phone I received a half-dozen e-mails from them -- some asking me to schedule an interview and others confirming the interview I'd scheduled.
Talked with a regional personnel manager by phone, and interview was quick & pretty basic. He asked about my background, if I was comfortable with telephone sales, etc. I specifically remember the question "Would you be able to handle working in an environment that is often high-pressure?" He brought up salary, mentioning the position started at $12.08/hr. After talking for 20 minutes or so, he told me I would be recommended for an in-person interview, and I should receive a phone call in the next week or two.
They called (and e-mailed) two weeks later asking me to continue the process (fill out another online application for the local hiring manager, then schedule an in person interview), but by that point I had already accepted another position with another company, so I did not continue the process.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo (Brazil) (took 2+ weeks)
You have to be very detail oriented. Show your accomplishments but also your fails. One question was: what went WRONG in a project you managed, and what did you learn from it/how did you overcome the problem.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
When I applied for a bank teller position, I had to take some sort of aptitude test before proceeding to a one on one interview. The one on one interview lasted for somewhere between 15-30 minutes. In the end I was not offered the position as someone who previous teller experience was instead. I thought the process was very fair.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online and in 3-5 days received e-mail stating that I successfully qualified on citibank's online assessment and that I would be contacted shortly to set up time and date for a phone interview. The interview was scheduled within two weeks from the date of application submition. I think I did well on the questions, but most likely my lack of cash handling experience was the reason I didn't get another interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 1 week)
Received an E-mail/Phone call that allowed me to pick the date and time for the phone interview to take place
The interviewer gave simple background information on the position and asked yes/no questions to continue on to the interview process.
Consisted 15-20 Minutes
The interviewer was really nice, there may be a pause after you answer but it is because he/she is typing it down to send to management for review of phone interview

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Fresno, CA (took 2 weeks)
Citibank is very professional and their hiring process was slow but smooth. I applied online and got a phone interview 2 days later. The phone interview was easy. They ask about your previous employers/experiences. At the end, she said that if I am qualified, a hiring manager will contact me. I didn't get a call for two weeks, so I just thought I didn't meet the requirements. More than a month later, a manager contacted me and scheduled an interview with me. The interview consisted of situational questions, so be able to talk about your past experiences and how these experiences will help you in your job. Just be able to talk about how your behavior in previous jobs and be confident. I was really nervous at this interview, but the two managers that interviewed were really nice and I left feeling good about the interview.
