Interviewed Sep 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Applied on the citibank website and received e-mail notification to schedule a phone interview that takes about 30mins. Few days after the phone interview, I got a phone call from the branch manager and I scheduled another interview at the branch. It has several questions asking you to get examples of how you handle different situations. Everything went well and I got a call few days later with an offer.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Warren, NJ (took a day)
Interviewed in person with three people - two technical people and one manager
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Mainly because I was offered a lead architect position elsewhere, whereas I was interviewing for a programmer position at Citi. Also, at the time that I interviewed, the work environment appeared chaotic. The manager that I would have been reporting to was interrupted three times by "urgent matters" and I spend at least 30 minutes sitting alone in his office between crises.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Manager looked at my resume and asked me about my background, why I wanted the job. How comfortable I was with not being lead.
Interviewer was uncomfortable and thought my resume was not suited to the job.
Second interviewer asked what my level of experience was in the new role.
What sorts of advice I would give him for innovation based on my current role.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Jersey City, NJ (took a day)
I was being interviewed for position of SSAS 2005 developer. I got this contingent offer from one company who already had many of their consultants placed with the client. The whole interview lasted for around 20 minutes. The interviewer asked few questions about my past experience and was generally pleased. He asked me about semi-additive measures and named queries in particular. I explained it correctly. I thought interview went pretty well but I did not get the offer. I believe he had already made his mind before interviewing me because I don't recall any question that I couldn't answer correctly. I too didn't press the middle company as the job was a long commute.
