Interviewed May 2010 in Makati, Rizal (Philippines) (took 2 weeks)
Submitted my resume online. Received a call back the next day. Interview a week later with the Vice-President of the Investment Group, and the Assistant Vice-President. Interview didn't go well, mostly because the Vice-President dominated the interview and actually didn't ask any behavioral questions - she was just argumentative!

The interviewers were nice. Usual questions in an interview- description of yourself, strengths and weaknesses, family background, educ attainment, hardships and how handled, given a situation how would you react.
Interviewers made sure that you are amenable to do Overtimes and late works.
I thought the interview didn't went well but I got hired.
