Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 days)
Interview process was very thorough and quick. Had two interviews and that was it. The interviewer were very cooperative and we actually had a conversation instead of him asking questions me answering and then moving on.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 3 days)
I sent resume to recruiter and was called immediately as the hiring manager happened to be in the UK that week. Went for interview 8am the following morning. Manager was nice, interview mainly general, how I would fit into the world wide team. (i would be the only member in the UK and I would work with the team over the phone). I was not a complete match with the job spec. The recruiter went quiet for a month and then gave feedback that I wasn't a cultural fit.

First round interview screening call, 20 minutes. Simple questions
Superday: 4 30 min 1on1 interviews, be able to think on your feet, case expamles as well as 'fit' interview
Completely messed up first round interview but still got a job. I believe resume more important than how you fare on interviews

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3 weeks)
Got the interview through campus recruiting. First round consisted of an half hour 1 on 1 interview, behavior + simple technical questions. After that, there's a math test (probability, combinatorics, etc) that's half hour long. A week or so later, got a call to schedule for a super day. Met both trading and quant people. Got a couple brainteasers from the 5, 6 people I talked to throughout the day. Felt that they cared more about the fit vs. technical skills.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
Applied on Citi's website and received an email to schedule first round phone interview.
Had a phone interview with an associate, lasted about 25 mins.
Questions were mostly about experience, career goal, and motivation.
In the end, he asked about Citi's recent news and development and my opinion, which I didn't prepare.
Overall I thought I did ok but didn't get invited back for second round.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Buffalo, NY (took a day)
Initially contacted by company through on campus recruiting. Interview session consisted of 2 interviews back to back, mostly behavioral type questions. Why do you want to work for Citi, time when you were part of a team, what do you know about operations, etc. Both interviewees were very nice, and contacted me a week later for an invitation to final round of interviews

Interviewed Oct 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
This is regarding the final round of interviews for sales & trading quantitative program,
There were three components to this interview: math test, quant interviews and sales/trading interviews.
Math test consisted of 8 problems (30 minutes), all of them around the same level of difficulty as the problems given at the on-campus interview.
The quantitative interview consisted of four 30-minute interviews with various directors of the quantitative research group. This was the more technical part of the interview where they asked questions on a wide range of topics (brain-teasers, programming, general math, bonds, options etc.).
After lunch, you had another three rounds of 30-minute interviews with individuals from sales and trading. Most of the interview were behavioral but some technical questions were also asked (especially if you got traders interviewing you).

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Florence, KY (took 6 weeks)
I was already employed as a sales rep so the position was internal. I only had one interview with a manager from the department. My advise would be to focus on customer service experience, in this dept it's their priority, sales is not important. Also position requires you to sign a 2 year contract which starts after passing your series 7.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 3 months)
I went for an experienced role so all the interviews were all 1:1 interviews. Met the hiring manager the first time, and had a half an hour meeting, talking about the role and requirements for the role, and also about my previous work experience. Subsequently I met the rest of the team, also similar interview format, and finally the head of the business to get the final OK.
