Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Did an initial first round interview at my school's career center. First interview was mostly fit type questions. From "Why Citigroup?" to some basic questions about my interests and resume.
Was invited for superday that same week. Met with 3 different seniors during superday. Went well with 2/3 of the seniors. The second senior grilled me with technical questions and I flustered because I had not prepared enough (learned my lesson since then). Now that I look back on it, the questions were very simple (linking the three accounting sheets, simple PV questions, etc.).
Overall a good process and I learned a lot from the experience since then.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in New York, NY (took a day)
It was very market based. I was asked a lot about commodities (gold, oil and natural gas) as well as about the yield curve. Make sure that you are up to date about Current events. Very little behavioral.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Interview was really strange. She was munching on something the whole time and people kept talking to her. She even asked me to hold on in the middle of a sentence at one point to talk to someone. I understand that she works in Sales and Trading and that it is a very market driven position/field, but it was definitely rude. She asked me about my resume and didn't really seem interested and didn't comment or ask follow up questions on anything. She asked me why Sales and Trading and then asked me to talk about something I had seen in the news/markets. I mentioned the Euro Debt Crisis and she asked me what i think is going to happen to the currency/ exchange rate. I said depreciate and she said actually some people think that as the countries drop out of the euro that the currency will appreciate. This was a weird comment considering that there has been no serious mention anywhere of countries dropping out of the union. I said, oh that is an interesting view. She said that yeah, but obviously right now they'll depreciate. Then she asked if i had any questions and i asked about her background. Interestingly she went to my small women's college, but didn't mention any of that until i asked! I thought that was pretty bizarre because we probably had many of the same classes/professors/clubs. I didn't get any response to my thank you note and no offer to come back for a super day.
Oh and also weird, I had two options for the interview the day before thanksgiving or the day after. I thought that was a little weird because those are big traveling days and because we still had classes all day that Wednesday before the holiday.

Interviewed with 4 people in the department. They all were either directors or VPs of other departments.
Asked many behavioral questions and also technical questions. First round interviews were at my university and then the second round was on site in NY. Emphasized why Citi and what do you see yourself doing at citi. Got into some specific technical skills with excel and other computer programs.

Why Citi? Why IB? What are ways to value companies? The interviewer was challenging but very nice. Asked me who the CEO, chairman and the presidents are and what the ratios are as well. Pretty straightforward but do need to prepare for the interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
Had an on campus interview, but never received a call back from HR. Received an email 2-3 weeks later asking me to come in for a Super Day in 2 days. Super Day consisted of two 1 on 1 interviews with people within Operations (Managers, Analysts, etc) at the ICG office at 388 Greenwich Street. Interview process wasn't a bad experience, but the HR was very slow and do not often respond to emails.
