Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
The intervew process was a part of On Campus Recruiting process. While the interviewer was polite and methodical in his approach, his Math questions were made by him in an impromptu fashion and asked immediately. This was particularly frustrating and unnerving. Since all his questions were not perfect and had some information that was not provided, I was not sure what type of answer he was expecting. All in all, it seemed like one of those interviews in which if you approach to problems coincided with that of the interviewer, your through otherwise you are not regardless of your scholarly potential

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
Initially two phone interviews 30 mins each with quantitative questions in each one. Then was flown out to New York for Superday and had 8 interviews 30 mins each that day with a math test in the morning. If flying from the west coast, it's important to plan so your schedule is not messed up when you have to wake up at 6am EST for your interview. Do not make my mistake and sleep 5 hrs a night for the entire week before the interview.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in New York, NY (took a day)
Had a face-to-face interview on campus. Invited to their Superday interview held at their New York office. Had 8 rounds of interviews. Got questions including maths, programming, logic, finance. Tough interview. You need to learn really a lot to prepare for the interview and more importantly, you have to sell yourself and make them like you. Did not get the offer.

Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
they responded very quickly. actually two short phone calls about background, no actual technique stuffs. then ask you to finish an online test of C++ and math. for c++ I got 32 out of 36, (which I guess failed me for), 23 out of 24 on math.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
I interviewed with four different guys. The fist one asked me resume questions and some easy tech. The second one was horrible, I was asked by many market questions, such as what do you see the US economy in short-term, long term, how do you think of the equity market in the future, etc. The third guy asked me many math and probability questions, very easy, including the classic one (the prob that three random dots in a circle can form a acute triangle). The fourth one went through my programming skills and asked small questions based on different programming languages such as C++, SQL, etc

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 1 week)
they move fast - my time from initial contact to offer was less than two weeks.
interviewed with 8 different people. some questions technical, others not.
focusing a lot on fit, making sure the candidate knows what he or she is getting into.
overall, not an unpleasant interview experience.
some wiggle room for negotiation.
