I was first screened by phone. Then I was brought in for 1:1 interviews with the team members. Finally, I was brought in for a fit interview over a meal. The HR interview was more of a formality at the end.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)

First round consisted of a phone interview with human resources. Second round was two 1:1 interviews with a research associate and the hiring manager. Questions were about my background and some behavioral questions (i.e. example of leadership, working in teams, strengths/weaknesses and what I look for in a boss). The last round consisted of modeling/analytical testing and writing.
