Interviewed Mar 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took 2 days)
1st Interivew was technical by some Technical lead, 2nd interview was with Delivery Lead 3rd was with HR team for finalizing salary
Technical round they clearly try to evaluate your tech skills and in round with DL they will try and see your communication, attitude & little bit of technicalities
HR will just talk about your notice period and salary component + will verify if you have all the reliving etc available
So if ur selected in 1st 2 round - u are almost in

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.

First it was telephonic round, then on shortlisting in that, there was F2F techincal Interview round, then management and HR round.

No need to negotiate. The offer i got was great.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
