I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Citizens Advice in September 2011.
Interview Details – Application for picked up from Bereaux. Then received letter inviting me for interview, about a two week waiting period. Interview consisted of doing a case study within 30 minutes, was little bit harder than expected but not too bad. They Mark your work there and then and then the interview starts. Interview lasts around 25 minutes. The questions are fairly predictable and there shouldnt be any surprises.

Interview Details – I was give a 10 mint test to fined specific information from several sheets of paper
And to right it down on a separate sheet.
This was followed by a 1:1 interview of possible scenarios with cleanse.
Negotiation Details – I was phoned and offered a receptionist position instead with training given.
Travelling expenses given on proof. Some times there are paid positions but not often but if you need training to get the next position, it’s well worth considering.
