Interviewed Sep 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 months)
I interacted with a few employees and understood the poor technical abilities of them. If we keep apart the technical side of it, interviewers could not even properly communicate in English. I don’t know how they are chosen to take interviews and represent the organisation with such skills. By looking at them, I could feel the system. A few days after I came to know that the finanical part is decided by US office and this procedure takes couple of months to complete. I could feel the money crunch and started monitoring the situation. At last, after couple of months I heard the outcome. Once again reminded me about the money crisis. But politically they avoided all causes and cited a different reason for the outcome. I have not seen such unethical behavior in recent past. At the end, I feel its not worth applying to this organisation.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I got a call from a Recruiter and scheduled an 1:1 interview the very next day. The interview consisted of two round, they were very particular about my preferences to te kind of job i would be interested in doing. Technically it was not very difficult and mostly consisted of questions regarding securing a web App and Core Java.
Few Questions asked:
1. How do you secure a Login page? they were mostly interested in Captcha process.
2. What is the difference between string, String buffer and StringBUilder?
3. Design a registration page, what are the various attacks you would handle?
Overall pretty easy, waiting for the response, they promised to get back within a day time. Very well conducted and very professional attitude.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
The company gave a presentation at our college and conducted a selection test consisting of Computer Science and Aptitude questions.
Shortlisted students were taken for 3 rounds of technical interviews on Data Structures, Operating Systems, Programming and Networking.
Each round had a list of shortlist.
After 3 rounds of technical interview a HR round was taken.
The company profiles are really good for anyone interested in virtualization, cloud computing and networking. The people were really friendly and the work culture is very employee friendly. The company has a global mindset and the workplace is very elegant and awesome.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took 2 months)
Multi step process begininng with phone interview with HR, followed by phone interviews with hiring manager and her supervisor. This was followed by an on-site trip. I was remote so they paid for my travel expenses to spend the day at the office in Ft. Lauderdale. There I met the hiring manager and supervisor for brief interviews and met with 4 managers from different departments that I work with. I also had lunch with the team I would be joining. An intense day but very useful. It was a lot more about getting to know someone and seeing if they are a good fit for the work environment. There was plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions to see if this is a place I would like to work.

Negotiation Details
The negotiations were very easy. I was able to get a signing bonus as the position I was applying for did not include relocation assistance. I was a bit surprised that I was required to move so quickly as I was hoping to work from home until I sold my house. They have been supportive of me going back and forth for long weekends and working from home.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took a day)
Interview was a breeze. Two out of 7 people showed up in the group I was to manage. It was Friday and everyone didn't care. I was hired but mainly due to no vote allowed unless you took part in the interview. Later a reorganization showed why they didn't care.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 1 week)
Initially there was a telephonic interview, which lasted for 1.5 hrs, consisting of questions on C, C++, algorithms, OS concepts;
This was followed by a goto meeting interview, in which you share your desktop and write the code. This consisted of data structure stuff.
This was followed by a face to face interview, where they again ask about C, C++, OS concepts etc.,
I was impressed with the engineering manager and the technical panel and their attitude. But the HR had quite an attitude and was arrogant, which really made me look elsewhere. For my friend who works there, this particular HR has this attitude problem, and her linkedin profile indicated that she takes care of hikes etc., and didn't feel that I would work under her, even though the engg. manager was very lively and very good. It looked like a good place to work from the brief amount of time I spent there.
