Had 3 rounds of interviews until I made the final round, very highly coordinated, and extremely thorough. Had to take a rather strange writing test. Interviewers were all very pleasant. Interviewers should be prepared for situational interviews ("Describe a time when....") Also asked how I'd rank myself among my peers.
