first was a phone interview where we talked about unix based stuff and coding in c/c++. the next was an interview using gotomeeting, asked a bunch of ds/algorithm questions. got about 60% of those right. no offer

Very easy and painless. It was with 3 people, 2 were in person, and one was on the phone. Interviewed on Friday and was hired on Monday.
