3 person panel posed questions about how you would handle different situations, asked for examples from your past experiences, and other specific questions to address if you were qualified per the position description from the posting. More than a few of the questions were the same questions re-phrased and asked by a different member of the panel (repetitive). The interview was concluded by the interviewee being asked as standard practice that the candidate create a 500 word essay on a topical question and email this back within a week. The essay topic would cover the same questions posed during interview with the panel. The waiting area was just outside the interview room. The closed door and thin walls were no obstacle to hearing the conversation inside the room. Moreover, at the conclusion of an interviewee's interview they would exit by walking past the next interview candidate seated just outside the interview room door.
