Director Interview (Neutral Experience)
I applied through other source and the process took 6 months - interviewed at Civil Services.
Interview Details – Application using standardised application form. Either one or two interviews depending on seniority. Reference checks. Salary v structured. A few level of approvals before offer can be made. For sensitive jobs will have to be security cleared. Also must clear medical check up.

Teacher Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at Civil Services in January 2009.
Interview Details – Panel of 3 senior education staff, interview in the headquarters. Sent in a resume, and received a call arranging for an interview within a month. Interviewers were friendly and smiling, however they wanted someone who could teach english and geography, not what i applied for. To attend 1 year course, with 2 years bond.
