The professionals in the Phoenix office have many years of experience in the environmental consulting field. I met with the VP of the Phoenix area, who took a great deal of time discussing my background and qualifications. In addition to the resume, CEC, Inc. had me fill out a manual application that had personal references and background information request approval.
I found the corporate culture to be professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming if you have experience in the field (as I do). The benefits accorded to new hires are outstanding, and I was lucky to have garnered an interview in this office.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
