Interview Details – Stear "clear" of this company. They play the bait and switch game. I came in for an interview for a Director of Sales position and after 40 minutes, the owner was trying to talk me into a Sales Manager role. He said it was because I lacked Call Center experience, but he knew that before they invited me for the interview. What a joke. Don't believe their web site about core values....honesty and integrity is clearly lacking.
