Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Clear Call Solutions in April 2011.
Interview Details – I was taken in, introduced to someone then proceeded to have a 1:1 interview with that person. I was told that it isn't "technically" a management position. Why call it that then? I was told that I would have to spend time manning phones (really) and basically be paid the same as a telemarketer but the top producers made up to 1500 a week. (yeah right) But along with my phone responsibilities I would have to help coach the sales team, yet only be paid the sales team wage and be goaled against the same standards while making less calls due to my "coaching" responsibilities. I pointed out all of these flaws in the pay structure and they didn't have sufficient answers, they just sat their open mouthed.

All they are doing is trying to take advantage of the down economy by attracting people with management experience and putting them on the phones in the hopes that people who really need a job will bite.
Very Difficult Interview
The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Clear Call Solutions in June 2010.
Interview Details –
I was brought in to interview for a Sales Manager position for this small, but growing company.
The people in the organization are very nice, professional, thorough and committed to what they are doing.
The process was a bit drawn out ... with some gaps in time between the initial phone interview, the first in person interview and the final panel interview.
The questions were very typical, no real surprises.

Reason for Declining –
They offered me a different position at a much lower salary than I had in mind.
The position was not for a management role.
Pros: Clearcall offers a unique environment. The culture here is fun and free spirited with healthy competition and drive between advisers and departments. Moving up in the company is not only allowed but encouraged and we see employees advancing their… – Full Review
