I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 months - interviewed at ClearSlide in December 2012.
Interview Details – The female interviewer did not know SaaS or the tech space at all. She did not know many of the top software / tech companies I have worked at and it was alarming. She only knew the SF start-up market.
Interview Question – There were no difficult questions. She did have an attitude but I dealt with it. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Company is immature and was not impressed with a cofounder. Alot of "noise" out there with outside recruiters that place is a turnover machine and reps are struggling.
