Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
I was contacted via email, and brought into the Clear regional office for an interview. The interview was very straight forward. it was given by the team leader and offered reasonable expectations of the job. The FSR position was not hard to get, but the job itself is tough and we had massive turnover. That being said, those that could make it did very well.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
I had one interview over the phone, and it took a little over an hour. Basic Java questions (algorithms, data structures, inheritance, polymorphism, keywords, data types), as well as some questions about web services, ORM, dependency injection, Linux, and SQL. I was honest about my experience and knowledge, and my interviewer kept his questions in-line with my knowledge boundaries.
The interview was going well, so he told me about the technology stack and goal of the project (what to expect - both good and bad).

Negotiation Details
I didn't need to negotiate. The offer was at the upper end of the range I provided.
For those considering an offer: During and after my tenure there, I witnessed folks who had accepted offers only to discover their contract had been terminated the morning they showed up for work. Some of the salaries were very high. My point: Aim high, but don't commit fully until several butt-in-seat days have passed.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
I was contacted by a recruiter via my profile on linkedin. A phone screen was done. I was sent in for a face to face. The company was in the start up and launch mode. It was madness. I met with a very high energy member of management, had about a 30 minute interview, nad recieved a call the next day from the original recruiter with an offer.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
Got a phone call from a recruiter who found my resume on Careerbuilder. She went over some basics with me on the phone and asked a few questions on my background. Then she moved forward to setting up a face to face the next day with the market manager. The f2f was easy. A few behavioral questions and a lot of info on the job/company. I got a phone call that evening with an initial offer and the next day we came to an agreement on the offer.

Negotiation Details
Yes, I was able to negotiate a higher base salary, higher car allowance, and benefits on the first day. I didn't ask for a ridiculous amount over the original offer, and it was accepted fairly quickly. Never accept an initial offer, there is always room to work.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 weeks)
I was originally contacted by a recruiter. Let's just say she wasn't the nicest person to speak with, but somehow I muddled through it. She followed up with me several times within a few days with off-the wall questions, to the point I felt she was looking for a reason not to hire me. The second person I spoke with was a different recruiter, who asked me essentially the same questions as the first and was nicer, but had no idea the first recruiter had contacted me until I told him. I then had a phone interview with the Regional Manager which went fine and had basic sales position interview questions. After that, I had a panel interview with two people -- one who would be my manager and one who would be a peer. This was a mostly normal interview, but I definitely got the impression that the person who would be my peer felt she was superior to me in terms of intellect and would not have hired me. All-in-all, the interviews themselves weren't difficult (I know my business and made sure to have a professional business plan, etc.) but overall it was tedious.
