Interviewed Jan 2010 in Kirkland, WA (took 2 weeks)
I interviewed with the HR/Recruiter. Always great communication with her and she was very responsive. Interviewed with the hiring manager and a field sales director. Lastly I interviewed with the Executive VP. I didn't end up getting the job but was given great feedback on why they made the decision. (She had certifications and I didnt).

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
Contacted by HR rep after several months or applying for every position I was remotely qualified for. The interview was fairly short and pertained to info on my resume and questions pertaining to specific job needs. I had researched this company and found a lot of people complaining about management and how the employees are treated. It's difficult to determine if most were just complainers or valid. Most companies with lots of money and little time to ramp up have problems so nothing new.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Portland, OR (took a day)
It was basically a discussion about what type of person you are along with qualitys that you possess and how you would fit with the rest of the teams. Felt more like a group of friends then a professional business. They were just really eager to hire .

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 3 months)
This was the worst experience I have ever had. First, I was called by a recruiter and she conducted an interview by phone. After out interview she said she wanted me to speak with the hiring manager. 1 month later I received a call from that exact recruiter saying that someone would contact me for an interview for the position I interviewed for over a month before.......Well another month passed and I got a call about an interview. The phone interview went well, basic questions. To this day, I have not heard anything from a Clearwire representative. My attempts to communicate with them have failed. I guess I didn't get the job!!! To make matters worse, they recently reposted the jobs I applied for yet none of my calls or emails have been returned. Very unprofessional for an organization to not return calls.
If the product is anything like the interview process, I don't want any part!!

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Kirkland, WA (took 4 weeks)
My first "interveiw" was a phone interveiw with the hiring manager after I reached out to her directly. She was very respnsive to my email and we had a good discussion the day she replied to me. The next step was an in-person with her the next day.
It took about a week for her to get back to me becasue she was finalizing her "short list" for the final interviews. I then had 6 in person interviews that took most of the morning.
The interviews were pretty standard stuff with nothing out of the ordinary. I interviewed with fairly high up people and they mostly just seemed to be interested in how I would fit with the company and if I was really interested in the company/role. This may have been becasue the hiring manager was alreay sold on my experience and ability and wanted to get others involved from a culture and fit perspective.
Overall it was a good experience.

Negotiation Details
The offer was good, not great and I tried to negotiate a little but didn't really come from a position of power given that I was unemployed at the time. Plus I'm not good at negotiating offers because I haven't done it very often in my career.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Kirkland, WA (took 1+ week)
At first they jumped on it, phone interviews, in-person interviews, etc. Some of the interviews got cancelled on the spot due to someone not being available. Interviews went very well, but not offered the job... they kinda blew me off and didn't get back to me. I had to call them over a week later after they'd said they'd get back to me within a day or two.
