Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Carneys Point, NJ Jan 2009 – Reviewed Aug 30, 2011
Interview Details – Very positive, upbeat, team oriented (appearing) company. Very friendly, warm employees. Lots of smiles. Relaxed interview style overall, but they are observing you and rating every response. They look for over-achievers, dedicated, motivated, warm, personable people in management. They like expertise, especially when you have any beverage, juice or bottling experience. They prefer Pepsi over coke...lol. seriously! Extensive background check and definite drug screen.
Interview Question – This always depends on the interviewer. HR questions will differ dramatically from the Hiring Manager's questions. They will be very specific to the position for which you are interviewing. Don't expect the Hiring Manager to be a push-over. If you are production, it is much easier. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Ask for a little more than they offer by 2,000 - 3,000. You should be able to negotiate that without too much difficulty. If you are a production worker, you will only make whatever the rating is of the position. More experience sometimes will provide you with a small negotiation being accepted. Otherwise, they will go on to another candidate. If you have vacation you want to take, tell them you already have these dates that you need off, otherwise, time off is a bear in production to take off once you accept the position.
No Offer – Interviewed in Jul 2010 – Reviewed Aug 14, 2010
Interview Details – 4 phone interviews, 2 face-to-face... told I was under-qualified. Why bring me in at all? They called me, did not even apply.
