Systems Analyst at CliniComp, Intl.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in San Diego, CA Jun 2007 – Reviewed Oct 22, 2009

Interview Details – I first interviewed with the Hiring Manager. He asked past experience, why I think I'd be a good fit for their company and if I will be willing to be on-call. The interview lasted for 20 to 30 minutes. Then I interviewed with a panel, 3 Systems Analysts who each took turn interviewing me. No particular questions, at time I felt like I was interviewing them. It was an easy interview.

Interview Questions

  • How would you handle an difficult and upset charge nurse asking you to fix her system early in the morning like 3 am?   Answer Question
  • What are your weaknesses and strengths and why.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I got more than what I original asked for. I think the Hiring Manager liked my answers to his question and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse.
