Interviewed Feb 2009 in Kanata, ON (Canada) (took 5 weeks)

The first interview was with HR over the phone. Questions like: why I wanted to work for that specific company, what my last position was, reason for leaving, salary expectation... At the end an appointment was made withing couple of days for another interview. The second interview was a series of talks to the project manager, product manager and 2 developers. The invitation and the instructions to find the offices was clear. I was received by HR and escorted to the meeting room. All interviewers were positive, motivating and down to earth. At the end, the HR person came back in for the follow up. The next steps were explained. 3 weeks later I've got an email explaining that someone else was hired. Overall very professional approach and HR guidance. Wish all companies were like that.
