Interview Details – Had two phone interviews before face to face. The phone interviews are done by a young girl who reads you questions from a list. The face to face includes statements that you have to rank. Examples include rate your punctuality 1-10. Rate your ability to use eye contact 1-10.

Reason for Declining – Their hiring process is shady. They charge you to process your hiring screens. They are making a 65-75% profit and the tutor is providing the professional service.

Interview Details – First thing they do is a full background check - criminal and education. After that is complete, first had a phone interview to discuss interest in tutoring and any background. After passed that, met with the franchise owners for an hour or so. It was a fairly relaxed conversation. Discussed my math background, getting to know me and my philosophy of teaching. Discussed how to work with their clients and how their process works.
Interview Question – This went as expected. I think it was fairly straight forward. It was more of a conversation than a grilling. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There wasn't one - they just tell you how their system works.
