Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 1 week)
First was a phone interview with internal recruiter, then a one on oneinterview with potential direct manager that lasted about 2 hours, and then a mock demonstration to manager and recruiter, which was probably recorded and looked at by 5 other people. you havve to submit your previous 3 years earning statements so they can determine how low of an offer on your base salary they are going to give you.
Negotiation Details
ridculous, no negotiation AT ALL. no advice, there is nothing you are going to get. Your base salary will be based on your previous 3 years' earnings. so if you are a teacher with zero experience in real estate or sales and made $80,000 per year for your 3 previos years, you will be paid more then someone with real estate and sales experience who made $50,000 per year for the previous three years.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
