I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Sarasota, FL) in February 2015.
I applied online. Shortly after I applied I get an automated e-mail to complete an assessment. It wasn't too hard and it composed of about 83 questions, mostly behavioral questions. The next day I receive a phone call inviting me for an interview the next day. The interview went well consisting of 2 managers. They briefly went over my work history and asked the usual STAR format questions. The interview was comfortable although I felt like I didn't do well. To my surprise I get a call back later that same day offering me the position.
- Tell me a time you had to learn a new skill to complete a task Answer Question

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Cleveland, OH) in February 2014.
It was very simple. You have a very short and easy phone interview. After that, you have the face to face with the merchandising manager. It's about a half hour to an hour. This is mostly simply merchandising question and customer service stuff.
- First question asked was, "So, what do you know about Coca Cola." I was expecting more customer service based questions. At least know a little bit about the company. 1 Answer
No negotiation, it's a union.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Knoxville, TN) in October 2013.
Well I switched from another department so I just contacted my interest directly with hiring supervisor. Interview was pretty much answering application questions. You really need to be outgoing and brag on yourself to stand out
- What is a situation you had where you had to resolve customers problem and then convey your decision to your sales rep/ superior. Answer Question
No negotiation, there are many applicants that will take them for what they offer

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Corpus Christi, TX) in November 2012.
They are looking to see if you can handle working long hours and are capable of moving quickly. They are looking to see if you are a self-motivated person able to work with little to no supervision. They will emphasize the amount of hours you will be putting in because you will be putting in 60 hours per week easy.

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Company in March 2010.
went to a job fair there which was rescheduled, then was told to show up on a particular date and time .but, the job fair didn,t start till 2 hours later??and then all the positions were not available(possibly filled already)wasn't very organized, seemed like you had to know someone, also the backround check seemed to take forever.also the gentleman interviewing wasn't very knowledgably.got the sense he had just started with the company.however i got the job!! my recommendation is to stay away from this particular employer unless you are very desparate for a job.i do hope for this companies sake that my bad experience is limited to this one facility.
- well the question about experience?really threw me for a loop.the gentlemen reading the interview questions i guess kept reading and read the answer they were looking for which was 0-6months!!why this would be the optimum answer, should say something!! Answer Question
