I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Grand Rapids, MI) in June 2015.

    Interview

Very professional and enjoyable. Tag team style with two interviewers bouncing questions back and forth at me and taking turns talking about the position. Interview was quick and painless. About a twenty minute process from arrival to departure. Ended up getting a follow up email from a recruiter less than thirty minutes later confirming the next steps of the process

I applied online. The process took 5 weeksinterviewed at Coca-Cola Company.

    Interview

Applied online and received a screening phone call 3 weeks later. I then was invited to a face to face interview with hiring manager and plant manager. They start you up with questions about coca-cola and then with behavioral questions. These questions are made up of two or three parts. STAR format is required when answering! I received a call 2 days later with a job offer and submitted all requirements for a background check with third party. 2 weeks later, received a call saying background passed and giving me a start date.

    Interview Questions

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA) in May 2015.

    Interview

The interview was with two district sales managers. There was three questions in STAR Format. As well as a mock sales presentation which they give you 10 minutes to prepare for at the end. The process for getting on at Coca-Cola is a long drawn out one. You have to develop a lot of patience. If you are interviewing for this position I would recommend being as educated about the position and company as you can. This position is a very difficult one requiring very long hours.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Coca-Cola Company in May 2015.

    Interview

Applied online, online assessment, F2F interview. Like someone mentioned earlier, they are not looking for true sales professionals. They were nice guys, but I probably should have been interviewing them. However, it's probably a good job for someone fresh out of college.

    Interview Questions

    • Everything is in STAR format. What's your favorite coke product? Easy questions, but a terrible assessment of ones ability or experience. The sales question at the end is just too easy.   Answer Question
