Brand Manager at Coca-Cola

Overall Positive Experience Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Apr 2008 in London, England (took 2 days)

Case study based interview, focusing on business development.
The Hammersmith offices seemed like a very relaxed environment and work culture.

I had a personal reference from a person within the company, and it seems that this made the interview process much easier.

Very important to try and understand as much as possible about the brand that you are being interviewed for.

Interview Questions

Business case was:
- You are a marketing manager for a major sporting good company
- You have declining sales across your three major products areas (footwear, clothing and sporting goods)
- How to you turn the business around?
- Various data and information provided

Reason for Declining

Direct clash with current employer, and would not look good on my CV.

Other Details

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.

Overall Positive Experience Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)

My experience with Coca Cola was a positive one. I'm a recent graduate of a major university in Atlanta, and was able to obtain an interview with the company through their website. I interviewed for a position as an industrial engineer, and unfortunately my qualifications were not what they were looking for. However, I felt like the interviewer was very fair in his assessment and I would work for Coca Cola given the opportunity.
