Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I had a 1:1 interview on-capmus. The recruiter was very nice and seem interested in me and what I had to say. A lot of behavioral questions and general "about yourself" types of questions. The people I was interviewing with were way out of my league so I was not discouraged when I didn't get a second call.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I interviewed for a summer Sales Internship with Coca-Cola Refreshments. The interview was fairly relaxed. I was asked typical interview questions, which were followed up by a role-play scenario where you have to sell Coca-Cola products to your interviewer. If you're applying for this position, be sure to brush up on your sales techniques and be able to articulate your sales experience effectively.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
Coca-Cola came to my college to recruit. I had an intense interview on campus, then one over the phone and the final interview was with one of the IT Vice Presidents. This is a behavioral interview. They'll ask for a situation, your action, and then the outcome/result.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
One-hour very formal panel interview with 3 people (hiring manager and 2 senior managers). The questions they asked were easy ("Tell me about a time when you...."), but the panel format doesn't give you time to catch your breath since they tag-team on the questions. It's an endurance test. The recruiter sent prep materials in advance on the S.T.A.R. method (Situation, Task, Action, & Result) and all questions followed this format. I was surprised to find that the panel members actually used forms where they were writing in my answers under each category (STAR). So there was no room for discussion that departed from the formal question and structured STAR answer. One panelist picked apart all my answers. Not sure whether he played devil's advocate on purpose, but I managed to respond to him gently but firmly and hold onto my composure. I left thinking I'd ruined the interview and later heard that it went very well. Be prepared with very formal STAR answers to a variety of situational questions -- and be prepared to defend your answers -- and you'll be fine.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
I received a call from recruiters stating the position was a great fit. However, after the long panel discussin, the interviewers had already identified a candidate that was already in the department. I was very disappointed because I felt like I wasted my time.

The company has a bad reputation of not interviewing the top candidates. There are many situations where you may interview for a position and you never get any feedback.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 weeks)
Hiring Manager was very disorganized. She never returned calls to schedule the face to face interview. Finally after several attempts the face to face interview was scheduled. During the interview we talked about start dates and if the position was what I was looking for.
Never heard from the lady or Coke again. No rejection email, no phone call, no return phone call. Extremely disappointed from a loyal customer. I really expected a lot more from an employer of this size.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
I applied on a Monday and was contacted on Friday with an interview date for 2 weeks later. A week prior to interview I was emailed some files to review as preparation for the interview, including a detailed job description/duties form, interview outline (they used the STAR format), info & directions about the company and passwords for another online application. When I went to interview I met with 3 ladies (1 from Talent Acquisitions+1 from Marketing+1 Executive Assistant), all of which had been at company at least 18 yrs. so they were kinda "set in their ways" and already had a formula & in my opinion, a set person, that they were looking to hire. They interview was about 45-50 min. They didnt ask the typical "tell me about your last job" questions. ALL questions, except the 2 initial, were behavioral questions, which required you to answer in the STAR format... I was told they were looking to "make a decision" by the following week so that the new candidate could be trained & working by the 1st of the year... I sent a follow-up later that next week, but never heard anything. The following week someone contacted me saying they wanted to give me "feedback" regarding my interview & left a number. I have called & left messages, noone has responded or returned my call since.
