Interview Details – The interview process involves an initial telephone interview. Candidates who pass the phone interview are then scheduled for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. That interview involves a series of questions like "Descirbe a time that you..." and the candidate is scored on each answer by the hiring manager and 2 other participants. The candidate is then given a role play situation that is also scored.
Interview Question – The role play can be difficult, especially for someone who has no experience in the consumer goods/beverage industry. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. The position was offered "as is".

Interview Details – There is nothing like an interview at Coke! It's a panel interview and it can be very intimidating. They use the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) format, so be prepared to answer all of your questions in that format. Good Luck!

Interview was pretty chill, just relax and answer the questions, maybe do a little research the night before and a little mental prep to be calm right before.

Interview Details – Was first contacted for a brief phone screen. Questions were pretty basic and were mostly asking about your past work history and level of interest in position. Next step was an hour long phone interview. All of these questions were behavioral based.

Interview Details – Specific about which schools they recruit from. Initially apply via job board or speaking to someone at career fair. If pass first interview, invited to Atlanta to participate in assessment center. Then job offer is made if you do well at assessment center and they feel you are a good fit.

Interview Details – I was told I had a job over and over. They just kept dragging everything out. Filled out application in August, finally got an interview in October and did a ride along...then they told me they had a hiring freeze. I was told in December the job was mine starting in January. In January they told me that I was going to have to start over and the job would be posted in 24-48 hours. It's almost march...it was never posted they kept saying the were waiting for approval.

Interview Details – Very professional interview. Usually only takes on interview to land the job, giving the fact you made a good impression. The majority of questions are scenario based which causes the interviewee to have to be ready to come up with quick answers on the spot. There are usually more than one person in the interview.
