Interviewed Dec 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 weeks)
Hiring Manager was very disorganized. She never returned calls to schedule the face to face interview. Finally after several attempts the face to face interview was scheduled. During the interview we talked about start dates and if the position was what I was looking for.
Never heard from the lady or Coke again. No rejection email, no phone call, no return phone call. Extremely disappointed from a loyal customer. I really expected a lot more from an employer of this size.

Typical interview process. Accepted driver position with hope of a future management position. Supervisor seemed pleasant enough and my abilities and experience were recognized. After starting, Imy direct supervisor treated me like a piece of trash.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 3 months)
Interviewed for mid/senior level management position after getting a phone call out of the blue from the company asking me to apply. Initial screening interview within two days. Subsequent phone interview with hiring manager about 3 weeks later, she was somewhat rude in that the call was late and ended early. Invited for a face to face with interview about 3 weeks later with two hiring manager VP's. Again nature of interview was rather rude as they didn't have anybody greet me, had to wait until another employee came through the locked door to the lobby to enter. Once the interview ended there was no response to any follow-up to get status update. Very unprofessional from a large organization that believes they are better than they actually are in truth. Glad this position wasn't offered as I would have been miserable in their corporate culture of deceit and arrogance.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Richmond, VA (took 2 weeks)
I applied online and was contacted in about two weeks for an in person interview. I went in the next week for the interview with a panel of three different account managers. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly during the interview. They all had the same sheet of paper and asked questions directly from the paper and wrote down my responses.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online and within a few days, I already had a phone interview ann my initial face to face interview. This consisted of a role where, where I was provided background information on the product I was selling. I initerviewed with 2 managers at once. I had a final 2 person panel interview within 2 weeks where I was asked repetitive questions. It was rather brief.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Lubbock, TX (took a day)
Question: Tell me about a time when you contributed to the success of your organization? What did you do and what was the final outcome?
Tell me how you feel that human resources can be a strategic partner with the organizaiton?
Overall, the quesitons were challenging, however, given the significance of the job opportunity, I felt that the questions were a good way to measure a potentially good job fit.
The recruiter was very thorough in terms of explaining the process, outlining the details of the position, and company benefits.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Indianapolis, IN (took 4+ weeks)
I had an excellent phone interview which lead to a panel interview. Both went extremely well and I really thought I was going to get an offer.
They hired from within, so I can't really complain about that.
