I waited four months between application phase and hearing back from HR. Persistence is key. It's hard to get a job there; they are very picky. I had two intense group interviews, a 2-hour design test, and a 2-hour online skills test.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Walla Walla, WA (took 5 weeks)
Applied online, was contacted for a phone interview. Phone interview went well, proceeded to skills test (online test covering some of the major programs relating to the position). HR did a great job of keeping in touch, was very approachable and responsive. Was informed on a weekly basis of where they were in the process, and whether my candidacy was still being considered - even though it didn't work out, I was really impressed with the company and the way things were handled.
