Interviewed Jun 2008 in Burlington, ON (Canada) (took 4+ weeks)
Nothing special the typical thing, questions and HR BS. These guys were desperate to find a manager and they call me at my previous job. I had my resume in Workopolis. I knew Cogeco was the cheapest CATV company in the industry, so at the beginning I was hesitant to make the move, but family situation push me to accept. I regretted a lot for two years I couldn't feel well at work, I missed my previous job and sunny weather. This, and the stress in my new position made me over react to the politics coming from Montreal, which in turn affected my personal life, too. Basically, I wanted to get out of the office and be in th efield most of the time.

No so flexible. HR has a strong "frugal" attitude towards benefits and salaries, of course, following Montreal's mentality towards English Canada.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
