It was a career fair. The hiring manager at Cogent attended. I was the first to interview with him. He reviewed my resume and asked me for examples of how I've succeeded, about the number of places where I've worked. He's referred me in to other places.

It's a hardware job and I was refining my focus to software sales, where I can make more money.
