There was a written test for an hour and I was through.
1:1 interview and again it went well.
Wonderingly they don't know what for they are doing interview and what is their exact interview.
I feel they are doing just for the sake that they are existing in the market.

I had applied for a Java developer position. The questions mainly asked during the onsite interview, were about object oriented programming features, thread in java, collections, JSP, SQL.

I went for an sheduled interview and selected in Technical Interview. Then next HR round happens. After 2 days they asked me to send all scanned documents of Academics and Past experiences. So I was expecting offer letter. But again I got a regret letter from HR saying my profile was not suitable for their position. Belive me the problem might be due to CTC not for any reason.
