All the interviews were done via phone.
The initial interview was done by HR to ensure I am interested in the job.
Subsequently, 2 additional interviews were performed by the company's on-site associates. Neither one provided much details of the position or requirements.
The final interview was conducted by the client's panel. This was the interview that counted. The clients asked all the pertinent questions. The job involve the initial project analysis and management of a corporate policy project using IT.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I had a couple of phone interviews with various Project Managers over a two week period.
The questions were purely 'fit' questions i.e. "walk me through your resume", "tell me about a time when..."
The following week arrangements were made for me to interview in the Teaneck office.
I had a back-to-back 1:1 interviews with a few manager and partner level consultants.
These interviews were an equal mix of fit and case interviews. They followed the standard format:
a few minutes for small talk and ice breakers; a fifteen minute conversation about background, accomplishments, and reasons for choosing them; about 15-20 minutes going through a standard consulting case; 5 minutes for questions and wrap-up.
