Cognizant Technology Solutions Entry Level Engineer Interview Questions & Reviews

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 4+ weeks)

Met a recruiter during a career fair, had an on campus interview, overall it seemed positive. The recruiter said that they would get back in about 10 days, It took them almost a month. They called back for a 2nd interview at their headquarters, arranged transportation and a hotel. Reimbursed for food. I was interviewed by 3 people in order. They asked a variety of personality questions, and general technical questions. I thought it went well, and they told me that they were impressed. They promised to respond by the middle of next week, after my first experience, I was skeptical. I attempted to contact them, they promised to get in touch soon but never did. It has now been over a month. I'll rate the interview as Neutral, I liked how they paid for my trip, but I am disappointed about how they treated me in the end.
