Interview Details – The first round was a Personal Introduction round and then the second round was a written aptitude test which was very tough and followed by the Technical Round one to one, where few questions were shoot and finally many were eliminated in these rounds and the people who got selected came through the final HR round and succeeded it to get the offer.
Interview Question – what is Normalization? View Answer
Negotiation Details – Confidence was the only thing to be followed by the people who got rejected. Since it was lacking, they were not confident enough to speak and communicate good.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day.
