Interview Details –
1. call Rececived from HR
2. Call received from Manager Operations
3. HR Confirmed that 1st round is cleared
4. final round with Sr. Manager
5. HR Confirmed that Interview cleared and salary negotiation started
6. HR did not agree for a proper hike,
7. HR did not gave a feedback as well,

Reason for Declining –
I agreed to relocate to Hyderabad that is 1600+ KMS away from my current location.
HR did not confirmed the salary and the hike was less then 35%.
relocation benefits were not there.

Interview Details – Initially round was taken by prime brokerage manager in B;lore, later got a call from HR mentioning that your profile has been selected for valuation team in UBS/cognizant for Hyderabad location are you interested to re-locate? once I accepted, Ops manager from valuation team took technical round and then HR discussed about salary part. Offer letter was sent on same day.
