Interviewed Apr 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 3+ weeks)
Recruiter contacted me and scheduled technical interview. Interview for a position in Charlotte was good but at the end of interview, interviewer told me that I don't fit in their technical requirement. Recruiter arranged second interview for me. This was again phone, and I successfully answered all technical and functional questions

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Deerfield, IL (took a day)
First the HR called up and spoke to me about which company he is recruiting for, the Job Description and then we negotiated the salary package. Later he said the technical team would call me up to set a date for the tech interview. A couple of days later the Tech team called up and set up a date for the tech interview. On the day of interview, they did tech interview for about 1 hour after which they said they would notify the HR. 2 days later the HR notified that I was selected and then sent the offer letter.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 5 weeks)
The entire interview process took a very long time (5+ weeks).
The initial 2 rounds were held immediately due to some urgent client requirement & they gave a +ve feedback almost saying that i am selected.
But then as i wanted to be on a Full time position, they have put a hold on it for 3 more weeks, without giving any sort of clarity to me.
After that, they again came back saying 2 more rounds are needed as this is a Permanent role. That took another 2 weeks to complete.
Even then it was not clear than i was being selected.
Finally they said i am selected and have negotiated to less than what i haved asked for.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 6+ weeks)
This is one of the worst companies I have interviewed with. I attended so far four interviews with them.
All were phone interviews. First some recruiter who calls himself HR, calls up and then says even before asking for your salary expectation that he can only give this much, and whether if I would be willing to proceed. If you say yes, they would speak to as if they are the best of the best, and tell you that the technical team can call you for an interview anytime in the next 48 hours. Crap, I am I not working and would I not need a safe place to take the call from! How can I attend an interview from anywhere just like that. There was another guy who called when I was in a noisy hotel, another when I was in a movie hall.
One of them called me just like that while I was at office and asked me if I have some time to discuss, I said yes, and he started with actually the interview, what a jackass he must be.
The first interviewer (so called technical interviewer) would say that the Project Manager might call you next time. Watch out, "might". Once that interview happens you might or might not get a call from the PM. Neither will the HR would update as where it stands. Infact the HR would simply say no updates yet from the dev team, for the first mail and there onwards there would no response. Lovely.
Now, two of the times I got call from the so called PMs, that person would ask some lame stupid questions,
and then, finally he would say the HR would get in touch with you. (One said that, another said nothing). That means they are just having you a backup in case they dont find a better one, or they cannot get a cheaper stock from elsewhere.
No issues with that, but there must be some deadline that must be followed to take a decision and update back the interviewee.
And I waited for that HR call forever. Nobody cares, they are piece of jugnuts, who do not have a pinch of professionalism. No responses back to mail and telephones, and that when you think you are almost next to getting a job, its so bad a feeling.
I am not talking about waiting for a day or two, one of the HR (the first one) made me wait for 5 weeks, to just tell me that the requirement did not come up. How shitty. And in the sixth week, he is saying got another opportunity, someone will call for an interview. Lovely. I said shovel it up your ##.
My experience with the interview process of this company had been so frustrating and unprofessional, if would have had the time and money, I would have filed a legal suite against them for torturing me. Not sure, who creates the process within this company.
The only reason I was trying to join this company was because of a friend who suggested me the same, and I was looking for a job switch after 7 years, so I was absolutely not sure of what I was looking for.
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this company to anybody, unless you are so desperately looking for a new job or starving literally without one, - both of which I am not. Because they will make you wait like you have never ever for anything in your lifetime. The recruitment people suck like crap. I am not sure how it is within in rest of the stuff.

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 1 week)
I first received a call from Technical guy to schedule an interview. Interview was mostly technical with emphasis on resume details C/C++ Unix stuff. Some questions like struct/union size, pointers, function pointers. Pro*C cursors / host variables etc.
Lasted around an hour. Got another HR round scheduled which was cake walk and basically salary negotiation.
