Basic Questions of technical and general knowlegde. Qustions to test personality. Very frindly. Nice people to interact. Very supportive . Will look for people to work very hard and long hours. Maybe even 10 to 13 hrs a day

There was one interview in which both technical and HR questions were asked.
HR questions were very general like - Tell me about yourself....Why do you you want to switch to software?.....Family Background.....How do you find your college teachers and studies?
Technical questions were asked on basic C, C++
Just maintain your cool during the interview and be confident

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Pune (India) (took 2 days)
cognizant tech solutions had offered to recruit students from our college(campus placement),
the recruitment process consists of two parts: 1_ aptitude test. 2_1:1 interview
the apti had two sections: 1_verbal.2_non-verbal(reasoning)
verbl section for 25 marks and 30 minutes while analytical for 30 marks and 30 minutes
the test was mostly IQ based. verbal section had mostly comprehension and 'attention to detail'
interview was a mix of technical and HR....
my interviewer was cool...did not incite ny panic in me :)
