The first round was a Personal Introduction round and then the second round was a written aptitude test which was very tough and followed by the Technical Round one to one, where few questions were shoot and finally many were eliminated in these rounds and the people who got selected came through the final HR round and succeeded it to get the offer.

Negotiation Details
Confidence was the only thing to be followed by the people who got rejected. Since it was lacking, they were not confident enough to speak and communicate good.

2. After all rounds then finally HR round
3. Lots of bargaining starts
can offer what you are getting now..
whatever we ask they say too high
Never attend their interview until unless they are okey with your expected salary

was selected for technical interview after clearing an easy aptitude test. The technical person asked me about myself and then ased me to write a c code for string reversal which i couldnt write properly . so i got rejected s a result of poor performance.

It was a very systematic interview, with excellent functioning of the panel which had come to test the skills of the students in detailed manner. There were 2 rounds of which the first one was written round and the next one was interview with the panel.

It was long wait as there were many students to be interviewed. In the end, the interview itself lasted for five minutes which consisted of some very basic questions in c++ and java. Some personality questions very also asked. the test was basic math and verbal skill testing. The level was very low and not at all intimidating for someone who is an average engineer.
