Interview Details – Just had a first round phone interview with Cognizant. The interview was very informal which was very nice. The recruiter mostly talked about the position and company. He did not ask any behavioral questions, he just wanted to know what role I was interested in. Have second round at the end of the month, more technical and behavioral questions are expected.

Interview Details –
Worst Hiring process I have ever seen particularly [ISIS section of Bangalore]
They just announce walk-ins to advertise / create hype.
I know many people who have been told that their technical interview is cleared.
HR will let us fill Application form and after that they will inform that we will get a call for HR round.
Thats the end, nobody calls for next process.No reply for your mails from HR.
This happened twice to me and to some of my friends.

Interview Details –
The aptitude round was pretty easy with only basic Math. The final HR round was straight forward. The interviewer asked questions mainly from the resume.
Initially I was asked to give a brief introduction about myself. Then I was asked to explain my final year project and then talk about my strengths and weaknesses and Time management.

Interview Details – Group of three interviews. One telling us about the company, another that evaluated workplace situations, and the last that was technical. The technical interviewer was harsh and rushing like he did not even want anyone to get the job. It was really nerve wracking and made me not even want to work there if those are the people I needed to deal with.

Interview Details –
First they have given a written test and then they called selected candidates to the personal interview next day.
Next day it was either technical round or hr round. I have gone through technical round. It is very easy all questions are very basic ones from c, c++, sql, Java, and some questions on networking.

Interview Details – Very laid back and made me feel welcomed to potentially be apart of the company. 3 1:1 interviews between 30 min. - 1 hour each. Technical interview, teamwork/social interview, and personality interview. Aced them all and have a very nice time throughout the whole day.
Interview Question – To list all of the technical skills and be VERY specific. Being able to actually give definition of certain terms. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Not really any negotiation because of being an entry level job. $55K a year, $5000 signing bonus, $5000 retention bonus after first year and $5000 retention bonus after second year. Performance bonus each year. Full benefits with discounted stock options.
