Interviewed Nov 2009 in Chennai (India) (took a day)
Had 1 round of technical interview. Mostly asked questions on Java collections. Had to write a couple of programs in java in iterating through the Array List and things like that.
Then, he referred me to some other project. There the manager asked mostly about Agile methodology.
Then I had HR Interview, where the salary offered was just 15,000 more than my current salary.

The salary offered was less, as I was already getting a higher salary from a product based company in bangalore
