Cold Stone Creamery Crew Member Interview

As a manager now, I help out doing the "auditions." I auditioned when our store first opened and was hired as a crew member. When I do auditions now, they're all different. Mine, there were about 30 kids there. We introduced ourselves, we went into small groups and picked out a song to sing. While we were practicing our song and our little dance, the owners gave individual interviews. Then we performed. When I do auditions now, we look to see who is taking charge in the small groups. Also just what they wore, how they answered their interview questions, and how they acted all together. We don't want to hire someone who can't work weekend evenings, because those are our busier shifts. One of our interview questions, we ask what their favorite and least favorite subject in school is. We don't want to hear that they don't like History, because it's boring, or something like that.
